Inc. 50 Fastest Growing (2021)

Joined America's Super Carrier right before the inflection point. Revenue was $20M. No B2B business. No sales infrastructure. No CX team. By the time I left, we'd scaled to $150M. The company raised a $30M Series A from Volition Capital. Inc. named us Top 50 Fastest Growing. Forbes called us a Top Place to Work.

Hired 130 people across customer success, product support, logistics, and technical support in 3 countries. Designed all processes, training, and L&D. Partnered with product and growth teams on B2C GTM launches that directly shaped the consumer experience. Scaled NPS to 57 (industry avg of 2).

GTM: 0 to 1. Created the company's first B2B division from nothing. Hired the team, designed the GTM playbook, closed the first deals. $3.5M at 85% margins in 15 months with negative churn.

Partnerships: Enterprise scale. Closed Fortune 500 partnerships (T-Mobile, Verizon, BestBuy, Walmart, Affirm) that drove 30% YoY growth.

Operations: Systems from scratch. Designed the entire sales tech stack (Salesforce + HubSpot). Cut sales cycle 60%, lifted conversions 133%, reduced CAC 45%.

Board & Governance. Managed a 7-member board (VCs, family offices, PE) and 20+ institutional stakeholders. Transparent reporting, strategic alignment, crisis communication.

Repos I recommend
for Claude Code.

I've tested 50+ repos, plugins, and MCP servers. These are the ones that actually changed how I work. Each one solves a real problem. No hype, no bloat.

Operating philosophy

01

I build from zero and scale to a hundred.

I join when there's no playbook, no team, no proven GTM. I create the infrastructure, then I scale it. $20M to $150M. $80M to $230M. The building and the scaling are the same job.

02

Move fast, but know where you're going.

Speed without direction is just chaos. I understand the real problem before building anything, then execute without hesitation.

03

I don't build process for process's sake.

Every system I build has one test: does the team move faster with it than without it? If not, kill it.

How I think about AI.

Scaling companies from $20M to $230M across 3 continents.

Chief of Staff twice, at a $230M B2B platform and during a telecom company's $20M→$150M run. Managed a 7-member board, raised $100M+, led an M&A exit.

Now also an AI practitioner. Shipped 7 products, built an AI operating system that automates what would take a team: meeting prep, decision tracking, inbox triage, cross-project ops. Learned by building.

Based in New York. Open to senior leadership, strategy & operations, and fractional roles at AI companies.

165 AI skills deployed
99 Agents orchestrated
21 System integrations
7 AI projects shipped

I play basketball, padel, and occasionally swim long enough to think clearly about hard problems.

Things I think about.

Why GTM is the Real Moat in AI

The model is not your competitive advantage. The real moat in AI is distribution. Most AI companies are catastrophically bad at it.

International Expansion is a GTM Problem, Not a Market Problem

I've run international expansion twice. The market was never the hard part. Your go-to-market motion doesn't work outside the country where you invented it.

Let's talk.

What I do

Strategic operator. I own GTM, fundraising, board management, international expansion, and execution. An extension of the founder. Done this at two companies from early traction to $230M.

Best fit

Seed to Series B AI companies that are scaling faster than they can hire. You need someone who can run the business side end-to-end so the founders can stay where they're most valuable.

Currently

Open to senior leadership, strategy & operations, and fractional roles at AI companies in the US.
